The Director, Service Line Development provides operational leadership for Central Health’s clinical service lineportfolio, including existing, new, and expanded clinical programs. This position translates approved service linestrategies into executable operating plans, implementation workplans, launch readiness plans, performancemeasures, and sustainable operating models.The Director partners with executive, clinical, financial, and operational leaders to evaluate growth opportunities,develop business cases, assess operational and financial feasibility, and ensure new or expanded services areimplemented effectively. This role leads cross-functional execution, monitors risks, dependencies, milestones,access, quality, productivity, patient experience, and financial performance, and supports post-launch stabilizationand continuous improvement.

Advanced knowledge of healthcare operations, service line management, and organizationalleadership within a complex healthcare environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with executives, physicians, operational leaders, and cross-functionalteams to resolve issues, build alignment, and advance strategic priorities. Ability to translate strategic clinical concepts into executable operational plans, including staffing,space, technology, equipment, workflow, and governance requirements. Strong program and project leadership skills, including the ability to prioritize enterprise initiatives,manage risk, direct implementation efforts, and achieve results across multiple stakeholders andtimelines.Skill in synthesizing complex operational, financial, and strategic information into conciserecommendations and executive-level briefings. Ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams and leaders; establish accountability; coachfor performance; and foster a culture of collaboration, execution, and continuous improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost modeling, business casedevelopment, return on investment analysis, and performance monitoring. Ability to learn and apply new information, knowledge and experiences in a timely manner. Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change.
