This is an exciting opportunity to join our People team as a People Shared Services Advisor — a role that offers real exposure to employment relations, organisational change, and how we support our workforce across Change Grow Live.

If you’re looking to build your HR experience, broaden your impact, and develop within a national People function, this could be the next step for you — with clear opportunities to grow into wider People roles across the organisation over time.

About the Role

~1 min read

As a People Shared Services Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for employment relations and HR advice, providing clear, confident, and compassionate guidance to managers and colleagues across Change Grow Live.

Working in a hybrid model, you’ll combine flexibility with collaboration, supporting services nationally while being part of a connected and supportive People function.

  • Lead on first-line employment relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management

  • Provide expert advice on reasonable adjustments, flexible working, and organisational policy

  • Triage complex cases, ensuring appropriate escalation to specialist teams

  • Work closely with People Business Partners, Recruitment, Payroll and Systems teams

  • Support key organisational priorities including TUPE, tenders, and service transformation

  • Ensure accurate case management through HR systems and shared service platforms

  • Identify and manage risk, ensuring best practice and compliance at all times

This role offers real breadth — combining casework, advisory, project support, and organisational change exposure.
