- Assist BCBA with the assessment and treatment of challenging behaviors.
- Consultation on ISP Plan Goals/Objectives, as well as environmental supports.
- Training, oversight, and monitoring of direct support professionals with respect to behavioral support and therapeutic interactions.
- Data collection and inputting data into excel database.
- Input notes regarding behavioral services.
- Provide specific number of hours of services per consumer in required settings per week.
- Conduct observations and integrity assessments of BCBA's current BSP per Individual.

Requirements
~1 min read- Master's in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 2 years providing behavior support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or Intellectually /Developmentally Disabled clients
- Be 18 years of age or older (required).
- Be able to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
- Have a valid non-provisional driver's license.
- Solid interpersonal skills required to work as an effective member of an interdisciplinary team
- Demonstrated experience and skills in presentations
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication experience
