Lead the admissions and utilization management team in managing inquiries, referrals, and payer processes.
Ensure a smooth and client-centered admissions experience for individuals, families, and referral sources.
Develop and refine admission procedures to enhance efficiency and accessibility.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to assess referral fit, program capacity, and placement options within the program.
Ensure that utilization management processes are timely, thorough, and in alignment with payer requirements for consistent payment for services.

Requirements

~1 min read- Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in marketing, admissions or business development experience, preferably in the autism/IDD/behavioral health space.
- Proven ability to independently develop and implement marketing and sales strategies that successfully drove growth and engagement.
- Excellent writing and communication skills. A relationship-builder!
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with local and remote stakeholders is required.
