- Under the supervision of the Education Director assure the successful implementation of MA Curriculum Frameworks and instructional strategies for a diverse student population.
- Serve as Individual Education Plan (IEP) coordinator and ensures DESE regulation compliance.
- Develop and refine a broad continuum of educational and vocational programs.
- Provide supervision, support and direction to teachers and aides to assure provision of effective differentiated instruction, curriculum-based assessments and data collection to monitor student progress.
- Implement school-wide Positive Behavior Intervention Support programs.
- Provide training and support to teachers related to their effective supervision of instructional support staff.

Requirements
~1 min read- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Master’s Degree in Education or related field required.
- DESE licensed as Principal or Administrator of Special Education required.
- Minimum three years experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting required.
- Must be able to attend a 2 week paid orientation in Rutland, Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4PM.
