DMI, LLC is seeking an Jr. IT Asset Management Specialist to join us.

Responsibilities

→Assist in tracking and maintaining IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
→Support asset inventory updates by logging new acquisitions, disposals, and transfers in asset management systems.
→Perform basic audits of IT assets to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
→Help coordinate the deployment and retrieval of IT equipment for employees and projects.
→Assist with software license tracking and compliance reporting.
→Respond to asset-related service requests and escalate issues as needed.
→Maintain documentation of asset records, ownership changes, and warranty details.
→Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes and processing asset-related orders.
→Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper tagging and labeling of assets.
→Generate reports on IT asset inventory and assist in data analysis.

Requirements
