• →Supporting the achievement of departmental yield and efficiency targets.
• →Ensuring good housekeeping is maintained.
• →Ensuring that Quality, Health & Safety and other Company policies are adhered to.
• →Moving carcasses around the factory.
• →Working in a chilled environment.
• →Use of knives or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming.
• →Be aware of and work to departmental SOP’s.
• →Proper use and storage of issued PPE (including chainmail and knives etc.)
• →Responsible for the intake and weighing in of carcasses and ensuring they meet customer specifications

• Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
• Have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be highly motivated.
