Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage all required paperwork and process for accurate reporting of issues and corrections in inventory
- →Perform inventory adjustments in database and ERP system as needed
- →Maintain inventory reports according to the Company’s standard documentation and archiving procedures
- →Respond to internal inquiries regarding products and inventories
- →Analyze and troubleshoot inventory control problems as requested
- →Prepare and submit weekly inventory control reports to Warehouse Supervisor
- →Perform administrative tasks including answering phone, taking messages, operating printers, and monitoring emails as needed
- →Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
~1 min read- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Requires computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft programs such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Infor is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite in addition to knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated Team building experience
- Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills
- Experience with Food Safety Audit expectations and requirements preferred
- Strong communications skills
- Must be flexible with work scheduling as well as overtime
- Must be able to lift to 40 lbs
