• →Lead and manage engineering teams, ensuring the design and development of transformers or related components meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• →Oversee project execution, from concept through to production, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer specifications.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of designs into production.
• →Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, CSA) and regulatory requirements throughout the product development process.
• →Mentor and develop junior managers and senior engineers, providing technical guidance and career development opportunities.
• →Monitor and manage team performance, ensuring that engineering KPIs align with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• →Manage project resources and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within allocated resources.
• →Drive problem-solving and risk management activities, addressing project challenges and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• →Promote a culture of safety and adherence to best practices within the engineering teams.
• →Stay current with industry advancements, applying insights to drive innovation and improve product performance and reliability.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA is preferred.
• More than 8 years of experience in engineering, with significant experience managing engineering teams and projects.
• Proven ability to manage engineering teams and lead projects from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and modern manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver multiple projects and priorities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in risk management and issue resolution.
• Experience managing budgets and project resources to meet objectives.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement.
