Requirements
~2 min read• Strong communication skills, with ability to engage technical and non-technical partners, as well as extraordinary ability to understand the technical complexities and drive closure on conflicting solutions on technical design / architecture• Solid understanding of product/program to bring credibility in interactions with collaborators (specifically engineering)• Coordinate and sustain post-launch tasks for Digital Office Products.• Streamline the processes from build to deploy – with high expertise in bringing together multiple workstreams across different geographies and product lines towards a successful product delivery• Shape engineering discussions on technology choices and product strategy.• Strong critical thinking skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving.• Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.• Meticulous with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous projects. • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work with Engineering teams. • Ability to influence and align relevant collaborators across product, engineering, operations etc.
Technical Skills:• Strong technical background in digital products offerings.• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.• Strong understanding of enterprise and consumer technology concepts including client/server languages and architectures, Digital Asset and Content Management systems, ERP systems, CRM, SCM, Database, cloud architectures, web and mobile application development, transactional and non-transactional database concepts, etc. • Experience in leading complex software product lifecycles, from build to launch
Experience: • 5+ years of work experience working on technical Product/program management, product development or technology.• 5+ years validated experience working directly with engineers on Product / program launches distributed across multiple product lines and geographies.• 3+ years working experience in Scrum and Agile SDLC models. Education: Required • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Preferred • MBA or Master's Degree in Computer Science, or validated equivalent experience, PMP
