Minimum two (2) years into Mechanical, Industrial, or Packaging Engineering curriculum. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support continuous improvement of products and processes using appropriate Lean and problem-solving techniques.
- →Actively participate in the analysis of product defects/customer returns.
- →Study and record time, motion, methods, and speed to improve efficiency and output.
- →Conduct root cause investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
- →Write assembly instructions for production lines.
- →Assist operations engineers with key initiatives and priority improvement projects.
- →Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum two (2) years into Mechanical, Industrial, or Packaging Engineering curriculum.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with any CAD software (SolidWorks a plus)
- Computer programming skills a plus
- This internship is an onsite role based in Piscataway, NJ
