The Electrical Field Supervisor leads our Electrical installation and service teams, ensuring high‑quality work, strong technical performance, and a smooth sales‑to‑install process. This role is hands‑on, field‑focused, and central to the success of our department. Expect to spend 50–75% of your time in the field supporting technicians, coaching, and ensuring jobs are executed with excellence.

• →Achieve daily revenue and budget goals
• →Oversee the full sales and installation process
• →Conduct sales appointments and close installation opportunities
• →Coordinate schedules, materials, and installation teams
• →Provide on‑site supervision and uphold quality standards
• →Deliver technical training and ride‑along coaching
• →Support technicians with technical, service system, and scheduling questions
• →Lead or participate in daily huddles and service system meetings
• →Conduct interviews and assist with onboarding (ServiceTitan, service system training, technical assessments)
• →Mentor and develop technicians to grow their skills and performance

You’ll collaborate closely with the General Manager and Electrical Service Manager on technician performance, technical expertise, equipment decisions, and process improvements.
