Journeyman HVAC Maintenance Technician - Jarboe's

We’re looking for skilled HVAC Maintenance Technicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality residential service. In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing team where your technical skills and customer service both matter.

• $25–$28/hour + Bonus Potential

• →Perform residential HVAC tune-ups and system inspections with precision
• →Deliver a top-tier customer experience on every call
• →Accurately complete service invoices and job closeouts
• →Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams
• →Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• →Stay engaged in ongoing training and skill development

• Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License Required
• 1–2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II preferred)
• NATE Certifications (Core + specialties a plus)
• Basic HVAC tools in possession
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
