Kaufman Dolowich LLP, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer with 1–3 years of experience to support the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects, including presentations, digital content, and multimedia materials, while continuing to grow design and production capabilities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Design and produce marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, brochures, flyers, and client-facing collateral
- Create digital content such as email templates, social media graphics, and web visuals
- Assist in the development of visually compelling pitch materials, with a strong focus on presentation design and layout
- Support basic video and multimedia projects (e.g., editing, formatting, and visual enhancements)
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials by applying firm guidelines and templates
- Manage updates to marketing materials through an established review and approval process
- Assist with website and intranet content updates, with an understanding of layout and user experience
- Support firm events through the creation of on-site and digital materials
- Maintain organized files, templates, and version control for marketing assets
- Collaborate with marketing team members and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and project goals
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services or agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern design, including presentation (PowerPoint) and digital work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Canva, email marketing platforms, and basic video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
- Understanding of digital design best practices, including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
