Position type: Full time, permanent
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – Days or Nights available
Pay range: £13.59 - £15.72 per hour (£28,634.67 - £32,901.96 annually). Your starting pay grade is allocated depending on skillset.
4 on 4 off days: covers 7 days a week, 4 days on and 4 days off, 6am-6pm:
- Grade 3 £13.59 per hour
- Grade 4 £13.99 per hour
- Grade 5 £14.49 per hour
4 on 4 off nights: covers 7 nights a week, 4 nights on and 4 nights off, 6pm -6am:
- Grade 3 £14.70 per hour
- Grade 4 £15.13 per hour
- Grade 5 £15.72 per hour

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manufacture products to recipe, following correct process methods, ingredient usage, CCP checks and machinery start‑up inspections.
- →Operate mixing equipment (e.g., Stefan, bowl chopper, Hobart, Roboqbo, RT200, steam plant, Ambi) and complete all required process data capture, traceability, viscosity checks and temper index adjustments.
- →Decant ingredients safely and ensure the mixing area, utensils and equipment are clean, well‑maintained and compliant with safety standards.
- →At Grade 4, operate all mixing equipment within the area and provide support or cover for Grade 5 Mixers when required.
- →At Grade 5, supervise and coordinate mixing activities, ensure ingredients are available and conditioned correctly, complete batch sheets and paperwork accurately, complete CCP inspections and support training within the mixing team.
Receive training in Level 2 Food Safety, Allergen Awareness, and various other certifications in your first few weeks.

- Good attention to detail and a focus on quality and cleanliness.
- Willingness to learn and operate a range of mixing equipment.
- Reliable, proactive and able to work well as part of a team.
