Beach Barback

Reports to: Beach Bar Supervisor and Beach Bar Manager

Lazure Hotel & Marina is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and energetic individual to join our F&B team in the position of Barback at the Beach Bar.

• →Assist bartenders with the preparation and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
• →Prepare the bar and work area before the start of each shift and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service;
• →Replenish beverages, ingredients, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies as needed;
• →Support the efficient and professional handling and preparation of guest orders;
• →Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation within the Beach Bar;
• →Communicate with guests in a warm and professional manner and assist them with beverage selections when required;
• →Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly in cooperation with colleagues and supervisors;
• →Cooperate closely with waiters, the kitchen team, and other F&B colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service;
• →Handle bar equipment, glassware, and inventory with care;
• →Perform other duties related to the position in accordance with operational requirements.

• A friendly, responsible, and positive attitude towards guests and colleagues;
• Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, including during busy periods;
• Strong team spirit and willingness to learn;
• Professional appearance and a responsible approach to work;
• Basic knowledge of beverages is considered an advantage;
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.
