The Radar System Replacement (RSR) Program Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing, and coordinating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Radar System Replacement modernization effort. The Scheduler serves as a key integrator across program management, engineering, logistics, field operations, training, vendor coordination, and FAA stakeholder activities to ensure alignment of program milestones, installation sequencing, resource loading, and deployment execution.This position supports a complex national modernization initiative involving multiple vendors, FAA organizations, regional field teams, and installation workstreams. The Scheduler provides schedule visibility, critical path analysis, risk identification, and execution tracking to support program decision-making and customer reporting.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop, maintain, and update the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- →Build and maintain detailed schedule logic supporting surveys, installations, testing, and training.
- →Ensure schedule alignment with contract requirements and FAA milestones.
- →Coordinate scheduling activities across regional deployment teams.
- →Synchronize vendor delivery schedules with field installation activities.
- →Track installation readiness criteria and site-specific dependencies.
- →Conduct schedule health assessments and critical path analysis.
- →Provide schedule variance analysis and mitigation recommendations.
- →Generate weekly and monthly schedule reports for leadership and customers.
- →Coordinate schedule integration activities with vendors including RTX and Indra.
- →Support FAA coordination meetings involving TechOps and Engineering Services.
- →Participate in deployment synchronization reviews.
- →Support workforce planning and installation team utilization analysis.
- →Forecast staffing requirements based on deployment tempo.
- →Monitor concurrency impacts across active sites.
- →Support schedule risk identification and mitigation planning.
- →Assist in maintaining schedule configuration control.
- →Participate in change control boards and program review meetings.
Requirements

- US Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program scheduling or integrated planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting large federal programs or aerospace modernization initiatives.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Requirements
