Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Supports the Engineering/Technical Services departments with data management to include but is not limited to data analysis, reviews, audits, and data entry.
- →Audits and reviews MXI data, faults, corrective actions, and engineering repairs as assigned by the Manager of Engineering.
- →Learns functionality and utilization of Company applications, and platforms.
- →Ensures compliance with all policies, practices, procedures, processes, and methods required by the PSA Airlines GMM and other technical data, directives, and instructions.
- →Creates and provide various technical reports and data packages as requested.
- →Provides recommendations for improvements to policies practices, procedures, processes, and methods utilized by the Maintenance and Engineering Department.
- →Assists and support the Vice President of Technical Services and other senior management in projecting a strong commitment to the uncompromising promotion of safety and regulatory compliance.
- →Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Engineering Degree or enrolled in a college/university with an anticipated degree in Engineering.
- Ability in the use of Technical Data, Manuals, Reliability Statistics.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets.
- Approachable and able to build productive working relationships.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement.
- Previous analytical and problem-solving experience.
- Effective communication skills, including listening, oral, and written communication.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Ability to speak/read/write in English.
- If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
Supervisory Responsibility: This is not a supervisory position.
Delegation: In absence, responsibilities delegated to Manager of Engineering.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
