Responsibilities

  • →Works in conjunction with the Regional Managers to complete requests from financial advisors/independent branch offices.
  • →Review documents received from outside offices to ensure complete and accurate data can be processed by Home Office Operations.
  • →Review daily notifications from Compliance and Operations then delivers to the appropriate financial advisor for advisement
  • →Answer questions and research issues
  • →Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via e-mail.
  • →Assists in the training and development of other admi
  • →Provide policy and procedural training to assigned advisors and their
  • →Act as liaison between branch operations, home office operations, retail administration and all production areas.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience in the financial services industry a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with other departments, court/regulatory personnel, clients, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adhere to strict timelines.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.

 

  • Climate controlled office environment
  • Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials.
  • Dynamic, time-sensitive environment
