~1 min readAs a PRN COTA, you’ll play an essential hands-on role in delivering meaningful care and helping residents achieve their personal goals. You will:

Carry out individualized OT treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
- →
Provide creative, functional interventions that support mobility, ADLs, and quality of life
- →
Communicate progress and observations to the OT to ensure optimal outcomes
- →
Document treatment notes accurately and efficiently
- →
Collaborate with a warm, interdisciplinary team that values your voice and clinical insight
- →
Step in as needed to support weekday or weekend PRN coverage

Requirements

Valid Iowa COTA license
