As a member of our Versiti Talent Development team, works to improve leader, employee and team performance in support of our mission. Collaborates with business and Human Resources leadership to understand requirements; then designs, develops, implements and evaluates learning and development solutions. As a Senior Specialist, project manages key programs including budgets, vendor collaboration, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement. Also provides coaching and subject matter expertise to collaborators in HR and other learning and development teams.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or related field required
- 4-6 years experience in Human Resources with at least three years of instructional design and facilitation required
- 4-6 years years experience in designing, implementing, delivering and evaluating training and development programs required
- Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated competence in applying adult learning and training best practices in assessment, design, development, delivery and evaluation of training and development solutions required
- Demonstrated experience using multiple modalities including classroom, elearning, blended, and performance support in service to learning outcomes required
- Demonstrated experience using learning management systems to assign, track and enable learners in service to curriculum requirements and learning outcomes required
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills across all levels of the organization. required

- Work independently and with minimal supervision. required
- Personal Computer (desk top, lap top, tablet) required
