Work-life balance should be something you experience, not just something you read about in a job ad. Our four-day workweeks and flexible scheduling give you more time for life outside the hospital, while regular lunch breaks help give you room to recharge during the workday.
Inside the hospital, we want people to feel comfortable being themselves. You’ll find a team that appreciates different personalities and strengths, along with a fully stocked snack fridge and the occasional coffee run, ice cream party, team meal, or midday dance party.
Most importantly, you’ll be part of a practice where your client service skills matter. You’ll have opportunities to keep learning, grow professionally, and make a meaningful difference for pets, their people, and your community.
At Pacific Heights Veterinary Hospital, we know an exceptional veterinary experience starts long before a patient enters the exam room. Our Veterinary Receptionists play a vital role in helping clients feel welcomed, informed, and supported while keeping our hospital connected, organized, and running smoothly.
If you’re an experienced Veterinary Receptionist who loves people, loves pets, and wants to bring your skills—and your authentic, funky self—to a team that will appreciate both, we’d love to meet you.
Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are core values at Pacific Heights Veterinary Hospital and Vetcor. We are passionate about building and sustaining an inclusive and equitable working and learning environment for all employees. Every team member enriches our diversity by bringing different perspectives and ways of understanding and engaging with the world. That’s why we’re committed to a workplace culture where employees are comfortable being their authentic selves, experience a true sense of belonging, and are empowered to reach their highest potential.
