Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- →Check patients in and out using hospital software systems
- →Answer phones, emails, texts, and client inquiries promptly and professionally
- →Schedule appointments and manage daily appointment flow
- →Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
- →Assist with boarding admissions and discharges
- →Obtain patient histories and support client education efforts
- →Assist doctors and team members with patient check-ins, drop-offs, and discharges
- →Provide safe patient restraint as needed
- →Maintain accurate records and documentation
- →Support daily front desk operations and hospital workflow
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent phone and computer proficiency
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to support coworkers
