Analyst

This graduate position sits within Private Operations, supporting the operational infrastructure that underpins a leading global private markets investment platform. You will work directly with senior operations leaders to drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional programmes, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a complex, international business.

The role offers broad exposure to private alternatives including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, and growth equity and is well suited to candidates who combine strong analytical capability with structured thinking and a high degree of ownership.

It also presents a strong opportunity to join a fast-growing area within the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) function, working closely with some of the world’s leading financial institutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, along with a hands-on, pragmatic, and flexible approach as the business continues to scale.
