L3 Support - AVP

As an experienced AVP, you will have: 

• Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in L3 Support ideally within Financial Services. 

• Technical design and coding/config expertise: system design, sizing and estimations of change needed, build, deployments, and package quality control, relating to systems implementation from design, coding through testing to delivery and live maintenance. 

• Some understanding of CLM end to end in large financial institutions. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical matters to diverse audiences. 

• Evidence of collaborative working within a globally distributed Change / Professional Services or technical implementations team. 

• Experience working with clients remotely in other geographic locations. 

• Technical experience backed up with understanding of configuring/coding: 

• Relational databases and SQL 

• JavaScript 

• Java 

• Web servers 

• APIs 

• XML
