cargo-partner Thailand was established in 2008 and is one of the rapidly growing organizations in the country. Currently, the company employs around 100 employees in three locations: the Bangkok headquarters, the Bangkok airport office, and Laem Chabang office.

- Co-ordinate with customers/carriers and related supplier departments for process and handle shipments as per sales/ customers instruction for both Air and Sea.
- Promptly communicate, provide information clearly to customers without any late response.
- Check quality and accuracy of work to meet company standards and objectives.
- Follow up and handle shipments for smooth operation as per customers/sales and CPL overseas / agents’ instruction as fully comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to meet customers/agents’ requirements.
- Verify, check and confirm shipping documents, especially Bill of Lading (B/L), ensuring accuracy before final issuance
- Prepare and submit pre-alert documents to overseas agents and/or customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Source and arrange vessel/flight schedules, and coordinate with overseas agents to proceed with booking with shipping lines or airlines
- Monitor and track shipment status from origin to destination and proactively report shipment updates, exceptions or delays to customers
- Take personal responsibility for daily solving problems and follow up on the requests and / or problems that key account customers experience.
- Escalating point and being a single point of contact for the customer on operational performance
in general (not transaction based > first level = Ops or Customer Service). - Support pricing activities by preparing quotations based on customer requirements, including coordinating for competitive rates from carriers and partners
- Ensure profitability by managing cost versus selling price
- Schedule and prepare regular business review meetings together with the account owner, developing Power Point presentations and leading the implementation of any required changes or improvements
