Caring Transitions of Pearland is a local company that helps seniors and families make smooth, stress-free transitions from one living situation to another. We specialize in downsizing, resettlement, estate cleanouts, and online estate sale auctions. We're hiring MOTIVATED part-time team members for work in Pearland, Texas and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

• Organize, sort, and pack/unpack items in homes and senior living communities.
• Sort, research, photograph, and describe items for online estate sale auctions.
• Assist with auction pickups, greet buyers, verify orders.
• Sort items for donation, recycling, and disposal as needed.
• Follow company standards for safety, professionalism, and client care.
• Collaborate with a team that values creativity, integrity, and kindness.

This is NOT a mover role. No moving large furniture or items over 40 pounds.

What You'll Need

• Compassion, kindness, patience, and empathy toward clients and their families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing environments.
• Comfortable working in homes that may be cluttered or dusty (we provide gloves, etc. when needed).
• Age 18+ and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for time tracking.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must pass a background check prior to employment.
• Knowledge of resale market is a plus!
