Looking for a leadership role where you can stay active, lead a team, and make a real difference for families in your community? Join Caring Transitions as a Team Lead!

In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee and support all project team members involved in sorting, packing, online auctions, estate sales, cleanouts, and relocations. You’ll help ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and professionally while delivering compassionate service to clients during important life transitions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise team members on-site during projects
  • Coordinate and support sorting, shooting, lotting, estate sales, cleanouts, packing, and resettling activities
  • Ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and within labor expectations
  • Communicate updates with clients, team members, and management
  • Maintain safety standards and reinforce company policies and procedures
  • Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting team members
  • Help organize tools, supplies, and project logistics
  • Positive attitude with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead teams in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable lifting 25 lbs and staying active throughout the day
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, smartphone, and basic computer skills
  • Comfortable working in cluttered, dusty, or changing environments
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check
