At Caring Transitions of San Antonio Northwest & Helotes, we help families through some of life’s biggest transitions—downsizing, moving, and online estate sales. Every project is different, and every home has a story.

We’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead who can organize, lead a small crew, and keep projects moving—while making a real difference for local families.

• →Leading a small team on-site (you’re the go-to person)
• →Turning a full home into a clean, organized, ready-to-sell space
• →Helping sort items for auction, donation, or disposal
• →Making sure projects stay on track and run smoothly
• →Being the calm, organized presence clients rely on
