Responsibilities

→Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
→Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
→Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and implement repairs.
→Install, align, adjust, and replace machine components and parts as needed.
→Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies in a safe and timely manner.
→Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and other production equipment.
→Utilize hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and maintenance testing equipment.
→Read and interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, work orders, and technical drawings.
→Document maintenance activities, repairs, parts usage, and equipment history accurately.
→Ensure compliance with safety policies, lockout/tagout/tryout procedures, and regulatory requirements.
→Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
→Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
→Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction in maintenance processes.
→Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
→Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
→Cleans and lubricates parts.

High School Diploma or GED;
Overall qualification results on a Ramsay Journeyman Exam.
5+ years of mechanical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment;
Willing and able to work overtime, be on-call on a rotation, work on weekends or Holidays if needed, in a 24/7/365 facility
Willing and able to work rotating shifts 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a
