Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provides education about Hospice services to physicians, social workers, discharge planners, insurance companies, case managers and potential patients/families
- →Assists with referrals and admission process.
- →Conducts in-services and direct face-to-face sales calls, as well as represents the facility in community-related activities and marketing events.
Requirements
~1 min read- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Working knowledge of computers and software packages such as Microsoft Office
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with physicians, social workers, case managers, patients and families.
