Responsibilities

→Provides education about Hospice services to physicians, social workers, discharge planners, insurance companies, case managers and potential patients/families
→Assists with referrals and admission process.
→Conducts in-services and direct face-to-face sales calls, as well as represents the facility in community-related activities and marketing events.
