Support Carrier's Cyber Fusion Center by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), cyber threat intelligence, and advanced analytics to produce high-value intelligence products that reduce business risk and improve defensive decision-making. This role combines intelligence analysis with AI-assisted research, data enrichment, and intelligence product development to identify emerging threats, uncover risk patterns, and deliver actionable insights at scale.
Analyze how cyber adversaries may target Carrier's business operations, manufacturing environments, platforms, and programs. Utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies to accelerate intelligence collection, correlation, threat analysis, and reporting, enabling teams to validate risk, prioritize remediation efforts, improve detections, and reduce organizational exposure.
Support coordination with U.S. Government and industry partners under leadership direction where appropriate. This position must be based in the United States and requires U.S. citizenship due to intelligence coordination and investigative requirements with U.S. Government partners.
Responsibilities

- →Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to accelerate intelligence collection, research, analysis, and production workflows
- →Utilize AI-assisted techniques to correlate operational data, vulnerability findings, asset inventories, threat intelligence, and investigative artifacts into actionable intelligence products
- →Develop scalable intelligence products that identify adversary activity, emerging threats, attack paths, exposure trends, and business-relevant risk
- →Apply AI tools to summarize findings, identify patterns, surface hidden relationships, and improve the speed and consistency of intelligence reportin
- →Continuously evaluate and implement new AI capabilities that enhance intelligence generation, analytical rigor, and operational efficiency
- →Transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data into concise, evidence-based intelligence products for technical and executive stakeholders
- →Partner with intelligence, security operations, incident response, exposure management, and engineering teams to validate findings and refine AI-assisted analytical methodologies
- Analyze adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) affecting critical business operations, manufacturing environments, platforms, and programs
- Conduct intelligence-driven research to identify realistic attack paths, exploitation opportunities, and threat actor behaviors relevant to Carrier's environment
- Qualify and prioritize intelligence requirements based on business impact, actionability, confidence levels, and expected defensive value
- Organize related findings into actionable intelligence assessments with supporting evidence, risk implications, recommended actions, and measurable outcomes
- Prepare clear written intelligence assessments, briefings, executive summaries, and operational reporting products tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support the development of repeatable intelligence workflows that improve product quality, scalability, and stakeholder consumption
Threat Intelligence & External Partnerships
- Monitor open-source, commercial, government-shared, and AI-curated intelligence sources for relevance to Carrier's business operations, technologies, sectors, and geographic footprint
- Support engagement with U.S. Government agencies, industry partners, and Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISACs) to enhance intelligence collection and sharing efforts
- Evaluate indicators of compromise (IOCs), campaign reporting, and threat intelligence sources for reliability, relevance, and operational applicability
- Produce intelligence products including threat assessments, executive briefings, adversary profiles, indicator packages, strategic intelligence reports, and rapid-response intelligence updates
- Track adversary tactics, techniques, procedures, and indicators while identifying opportunities to automate enrichment, correlation, and reporting activities through AI
Requirements
~1 min read- High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of artificial intelligence (AI), and cyber threat intelligence
OR
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated experience using AI, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), or automation technologies to support intelligence analysis, investigations, threat hunting, or cybersecurity operations
- Experience developing, refining, or operationalizing AI-enabled workflows that improve intelligence production quality, speed, or scale
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable intelligence products
- Experience writing intelligence assessments, threat reports, investigation summaries, executive briefings, or strategic analytic products for diverse audience
- Experience mapping intelligence findings to the MITRE ATT&CK framework and applying structured analytic techniques
- Familiarity with enterprise security data sources, including security information and event management (SIEM) systems, endpoint detection and response (EDR), vulnerability management platforms, exposure management tools, and threat intelligence platforms
- Exposure to cyber threat intelligence, insider risk, digital investigations, counterintelligence, incident response, or threat hunting operations
- Collaborate effectively across Security Operations Center (SOC), Incident Response, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Security, and business teams
- Demonstrated curiosity and innovation mindset with a passion for applying emerging AI technologies to solve complex intelligence challenges
