- CASETiFY is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate Assistant Growth & Social Strategy Manager to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be meticulous in your attention to detail. You are a self-starter and team player with the ability to quickly identify opportunities to create procedures that increase efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness. As the architect of our full-funnel acquisition engine, you will bridge paid media, organic social, and creator partnerships to drive profitable conversion and maximize ecosystem LTV for the CASETiFY Travel business line.
- Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across the paid ad channels.
- Day-to-day management and optimization of ROI, e.g ROAS/Blended CAC and Ecosystem LTV across Meta & Google..
- Set up, review, and optimize ad performance daily, and advise the content and creative teams to maximize our content strategy.
- Develop and coordinate AD creative test and support the performance ad team on results analysis and creative scaling strategy.
- Collaborate with the country marketing teams to develop and execute holistic performance marketing and content strategies.
- Familiar with Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Adwords, SEO, SEM, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee and set strategic KPIs for the Sr Social Media Associate and Sr Influencer Marketing Associate, ensuring seamless alignment between organic social, creator partnerships, and paid acquisition.
- Guide the Influencer Marketing Associate in building a high-volume creator pipeline. Shift the overarching influencer strategy to supply high-converting assets for paid ads, organic channels, and website conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Guide the Social Media Associate in constructing a high-impact, data-driven organic social calendar in owned social platforms. Leverage organic channels as a sandbox to validate creative concepts and identify high-performing content for media scaling.
- Track weekly/monthly/quarterly channel KPI targets and prepare analysis and performance reports.
- Construct a frictionless operational framework to identify high-impact organic and creator assets, utilizing AI-driven iteration and testing to scale through media channels, ultimately enhancing full-funnel performance and optimizing blended CAC.
- Analyze user data to provide strategic and actionable insights.

Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline
- 5-8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. Requires 3+ years of hands-on management across major paid platforms, including Meta Ads and Google paid advertising (Search Ads 360, Google Merchant Center, and Performance Max/PMax)
- 1-2+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or guiding junior team members.
- Experience managing paid advertising budgets and analyzing Blended CAC
- Proven experience bridging performance marketing and organic social. Ability to leverage the creator economy and organic social channels to fuel paid performance campaigns and lower acquisition costs.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Jasper) to accelerate ad copywriting, draft creative briefs, and analyze large datasets. Ability to leverage AI to scale A/B testing variations rapidly.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel metrics (from CAC to LTV). Ability to partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., CRM, Web/E-commerce) to ensure acquired traffic successfully converts and enters post-purchase pipelines.
- Experience with SQL and Tech skills is a plus.
- Exceptional written and visual communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Data-driven, logical, systematic, and organized.
- You thrive in fast-paced, "startup-to-scaleup" environments and are passionate about design, tech accessories, and the lifestyle industry.
