Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Grayson, KY. The PTA will work closely with the Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans, support patients in improving their mobility and physical function, and help them achieve their rehabilitation and wellness goals.

• →Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• →Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• →Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and overall physical function.
• →Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and strategies that support long-term wellness.
• →Monitor and communicate patient progress, response to treatment, and any changes in condition to the Physical Therapist.
• →Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, progress, and outcomes.
• →Build positive relationships with patients while providing compassionate and professional care.
• →Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes.
• →Follow established clinical, safety, and documentation standards.

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Current and active Kentucky PTA license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering quality patient care.
