We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated team at Cumberland Nursing and Rehab, the nation's largest providers of post-acute care. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Conducting exercises, and activities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
• Monitoring patients' progress and reporting any changes to the physical therapist
• Educating patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the healthcare team

• →Assisting with patient evaluations and assessments
• →Developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• →Providing individualized and group therapy sessions
• →Maintaining accurate records and reports
• →Communicating effectively with the healthcare team
• →Educating patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
• Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
