We have a current opportunity for a Technical (Industrial) Sales Representative to help grow our welding consumables division.
The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing sales with existing customers along with prospecting for new customers. Our ideal candidate will have experience selling in the industrial/manufacturing/fabrication and welding space. Must have an understanding and knowledge of welding, wear mechanisms and maintenance / repair welding.

Provide, with the assistance of the technical support group, service and technical support to existing customers.

Coordinate request for information or quotations.

Manage approval projects for new technologies and applications to current and prospecting customers.

Develop a territory plan.

Propose and implement marketing strategies in the territory.

Ensure continuous improvement and sharing of technical knowledge, competitive and product information and methods.

Maintain key information in our internal CRM system.
