Responsibilities Include:

Conference Room AV Equipment Management:
Manage Cisco video bars and associated ViewSonic hardware.

Training & User Support:
Train users on operating Cisco Video Rooms.  This to include:
      Create simple user guides or cheat sheets for non-technical staff
      Provide onsite training sessions to new employees as needed

Meeting and Live Event Support:
Assist with the operation of Cisco Video Rooms during meetings and live events.
Assist with the operation of ViewSonic interactive displays. 
Support hybrid/virtual meetings with Webex and Microsoft Teams.
Provide on-the-spot technical support for presenters and participants.
Record or stream events, webinars, and meetings.

Testing & Troubleshooting:
Test Cisco Video Rooms to ensure functionality before events or meetings.

 It would be onsite full time in Albany, NY with some occasional travel to their other facilities around the state.
