Customer Service - German Speakers - Braga

Join an international customer service project supporting a well-established global e-commerce platform specialized in refurbished electronic devices.

You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team, helping customers across Europe with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth, reliable and high-quality shopping experience.

• → Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat
• → Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and product-related questions
• → Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• → Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• → Work closely with internal teams to ensure service quality and efficiency

• Fluent German (C1–C2)
• Good English level (B2 minimum)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must already be living in Braga (mandatory)
• Valid work authorization for Portugal required (no visa or sponsorship provided)

• Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)
• 2 days off per week communicated in advance
