Sales & Stock Support

As part of the Heart of House team, the Sales & Stock Support will support the Fashion Boutique team by supporting administrative and back of house duties, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, personal presentation and teamwork at all times.

What impact you can create at Chanel:

• Assist in inventory management (shipments, transfers, cycle counts consolidation, etc.)
• Execute after-sales tasks
• Ensure inventory integrity and organization at all times

• Ensure that back-office areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Ensuring Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as needed

• →Successful experience of at least 1-3 years in retail operations and/or stock experience.
• →Knowledge of shipping and receiving;
• →Customer service oriented;
• →Detail oriented; excellent organizational skills;
• →Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• →Comfortable working with different departments and teams;
• →Fluent English, second language is a plus
