PT Extended Day Coordinator 2026/2027 - St. Raphael Catholic School

**Job Summary:**
We seek an Extended Day Coordinator for our Beyond the Bell program to join our team part-time, available during afternoon hours, 2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. The extended day staff member will be responsible for supporting program participants after the end of regular school program hours.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Previous experience in a similar role,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with students

**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate to implement extended day plans with the coordinator.
- Supervise activities for students.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of participant interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure continuity of the program
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in extended day services and participate in relevant training opportunities.

August 10, 2026 start date.
