Prof, POS Designer with French language skills

We are a global business and one of the leading consumer goods companies in the world. ## Job Purpose Support Field Sales Team with the creation and production of standard or personalized Point of Sales (POS) physical and digital assets through a designated digital platform and ensuring brand compliance, accuracy and controlled execution. ## Key Responsibilities * Manage the request and ordering of standard or personalized menu items through a designated digital platform, ensuring catalogue verification and approval prior to processing. * Manage the request, approval, and ordering of personalized PoS materials when standard catalogue items are not sufficient. * Ensure platform-related requests are formally captured, reviewed, and aligned with stakeholders through a controlled governance process. * Ensure artwork is reviewed, validated, and formally approved through a traceable workflow to guarantee brand compliance, accuracy, and controlled execution prior to supplier production. * Ensure assets are distributed correctly, deliveries are traceable, and any issues are monitored and resolved through a structured workflow. * Monitor the annual budget for Physical and Digital Signage activities supporting Field Sales, ensuring financial control and alignment with commercial priorities.
