Define and implement material master data governance frameworks and policies aligned with the already established innovation processes. Act as a direct extension of the NPI global competency team and funnel its core values and policies to the local team to ensure compliance and synergy Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements First line of contact for escalations (24/7 for severity 1&2 incidents such as prod run stop etc.) related to the SKU/innovation pipeline data for AUNZ Oversee material creation, extension, change, and deletion processes and other activities related to the innovation process for non-Finished Goods. Ensure timely processing of master data requests in line with SLAs Monitor data quality KPIs and implement corrective actions Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Master Data Analysts/Specialists Implement ways of working within the team to drive team performance, stakeholder engagement, and efficiency within the E2E NPI area Ensure that there are sufficient resources to meet the current and future demands, e.g. managing recruitment and retention / talent planning, projects, optimization initiative At least 3-4 years of managing people & teams. At least 5 years' experience managing complex integrated processes, analysing data solutions and data models and successful track record in leading of cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams. English: fluent University Degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Economics or Finance ) Fluent written and verbal skills (conversational and business communications) in English Previous work experience in Data, Supply Chain or Finance Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or alternative would be considered a strong advantage PMP certificate or alternative would be considered a very strong advantage People oriented personality Thrives mentoring & growing talent Open minded approach with Strong Customer oriented attitude Taking initiative, accountability & responsibility for own work Effectively manages people, people managers, deadlines/time, prioritization, multi-task Excellent team player with good networking skills and ability to influence others We are a global business and one of the leading consumer goods companies in the world.
