Job Title: Customer Order Specialist  Location: ADB campus/Cross-BU Department: Customer Service/Biz Ops  Reports To: Operations Manager, AD Banker Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site) *9-month contract Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Order Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders across various business units. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  Key Responsibilities:  Web Orders: Process and audit daily customer orders.  Order Processing: Receive, verify, and process customer orders accurately using our order management system.  Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with vendors and other departments (e.g., Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service) to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and address any issues that arise.   Customer Communication: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, and product availability.   Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of products and assist with stock replenishment as needed.  Packing and Shipping: Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are securely packed and labeled correctly.  Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.  Documentation: Maintain accurate records of order fulfillment processes, inventory changes, and any discrepancies encountered.  Ad hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support overall operational efficiency.  Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.  Previous experience in order fulfillment, shipping, or a related field is a plus.  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with order management systems.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.  Working Conditions:  This position may require occasional evening or weekend work based on business needs.  The role may involve standing, lifting, and moving packages up to 50 pounds as part of the order fulfillment process.    This role will end in 9 months
