Responsibilities

- →Communicate with Homeowners as needed
- →Coordinate and conduct drive by and walking inspections noting property violations
- →Computer savvy, specific program training provided
- →Work well in a team environment
- →Excellent customer service is a key component of this position
- →Acquire and maintain knowledge of community CC&Rs and policies
- →Follow Board and/or Manager requests to enforcement with homeowners
