Position Title: Builder Channel Sales Professional – Multi-Family Location: Phoenix Arizona Overview A growing cabinetry manufacturer is seeking a motivated Sales Leader to expand its footprint in the Single-Family, multi-family, or dealer market across the Greater Phoenix area.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow a sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Build and expand relationships with developers, general contractors, builders, and project stakeholders, dealers, and distributors.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing industry relationships to open doors with key accounts and decision-makers.

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship development to closing deals.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for clients by providing expert product knowledge and exceptional service throughout the sales process.


  • Requirements

    • Proven sales experience in Cabinetry, specifically Multi, Single, or Dealer/Distributor channels.

    • Established relationships within the Arizona construction and development market.

    • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals.

    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

    • Self-driven and comfortable operating in a performance-based sales environment as well as ability to manage a metrics based business.
