Position Title: Builder Channel Sales Professional – Multi-Family 

Location: Texas


A growing cabinetry manufacturer is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand its footprint in the multi-family housing market across the Greater Phoenix area. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who understands the construction and development ecosystem and can leverage industry relationships to generate new business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new accounts, strengthening existing partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the multi-family construction sector.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the multi-family construction and development market.

  • Build and expand relationships with developers, general contractors, builders, and project stakeholders.

  • Leverage existing industry relationships to open doors with key accounts and decision-makers.

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship development to closing deals.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for clients by providing expert product knowledge and exceptional service throughout the sales process.


Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the multi-family construction, building materials, or related industries.

  • Established relationships within the Arizona construction and development market.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Self-driven and comfortable operating in a performance-based sales environment.


Nice to Have

  • Prior B2B sales experience in building products, cabinetry, millwork, or related construction materials.

  • Existing network within the multi-family housing sector in Arizona.
