Responsibilities

  • Support Builder Direct sales initiatives within the multi-family segment

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Sales and Design teams

  • Ensure a safety-first mindset during all client interactions and facility visits

  • Enter and manage orders accurately using internal systems (e.g., Moraware or similar platforms)

  • Create or revise 20/20 design layouts for customer projects

  • Prepare detailed and accurate job estimates

  • Meet with customers to guide cabinet, countertop, and accessory selections

  • Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales plan goals

  • Maintain consistent in-office presence to support collaboration and team effectiveness


Requirements

  • Experience in sales support, builder sales, or the multi-family construction industry preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

  • Proficiency with order entry and design software (Moraware, 20/20, or similar platforms preferred; training available)

  • Estimating or takeoff experience is a plus

  • Team-oriented attitude with a proactive, solution-focused approach
