- Responds to telephone and email inquiries and refers individuals to appropriate member of ApprenticeshipNH SAEF grant team. Provides interested business partners, potential applicants, and community-based organizations with information on Registered Apprenticeship Program (eligibility, accessibility and benefits for both business and participants).
- Uses computers for various applications, such as database management and Microsoft Office software.
- Assists in the coordination and planning of various outreach events, sector-based convenings, and coordinates participation in job fairs, information sessions, etc.
- Establishes work procedures, keeps track of the daily schedules and administrative support needs.
- Prepares conference, information session or event materials, such as flyers, folders, invitations. Responsible for maintaining, ordering, and distributing related marketing and event materials and general program supplies as needed.
- Sets-up and maintains documentation for all required reporting efforts and completes CCSNH forms in accordance with policy and procedures. Assists in tracking and editing employer information needed for USDOL Standards of Apprenticeship document.
- Composes, types, distributes, and maintains meeting notes, routine correspondence, reports such as presentations or expense, statistical, or monthly reports.
- Contributes to committees and work teams by conducting searches to find needed information on ApprenticeshipNH scope of work.
- Compiles and prepares specialized data related to the ApprenticeshipNH and SAEF grant initiative; input and monitor data in performance management/data tracking systems like Banner, Trello, ApprentiScope, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Reviews work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensuring that company format policies are followed, and recommends revisions.
- Complies with all college, system, state and federal rules and regulations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements

Demonstrate experience providing administrative support for community engagement events and skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, outlook).
