Responsibilities

→ Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and hygiene
→ Answer call lights and respond to resident needs in a timely and professional manner
→ Reposition residents and provide physical support as needed
→ Record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
→ Monitor food and fluid intake and output as directed
→ Observe residents for issues that may require medical attention and report concerns promptly
→ Communicate with nurses, caregivers, and other team members to support quality resident care
→ Help maintain resident comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the shift
