Center for Performance Mastery is seeking an experienced, full-time IT Expert to support critical records management and data management initiatives. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR IT EXPERT

This is a full-time position. Work may be performed in an onsite, hybrid, or remote capacity.

As an IT Expert, you will apply and develop strategies and frameworks related to records management and data management while supporting compliance with government IT standards and requirements. You will implement and upgrade Content Manager software and support the implementation of records management systems. Throughout your day, you will utilize computer and database applications used in document and records management programs while managing multiple priorities and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Your expertise will help ensure records management solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational needs!


IT Expert Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience using records management software and tools
  • Experience with government IT standards and compliance
  • Experience implementing records management systems
  • Experience with Micro Focus Content Manager, OpenText, and HP Autonomy Records Manager
  • Experience with computer and database applications used in document and records management programs
  • Ability to apply and develop strategies and frameworks related to records management and data management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple demands effectively

Experience with the Department of Homeland Security is preferred.
